Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted ONLY for defective goods, and ONLY if we are notified in writing within 14 days of your receipt of said goods. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Upon the return of the item, in original condition and packaging complete with all materials, with all the supplied packaging, also in original condition, we will replace the item. If not in original condition, the return is completely at Sound Health's discretion. Computer programs that have been opened are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change.
